We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were very nice and open-minded, always willing to help. They even helped us repair our binocular case and arranged a reliable taxi back to the airport. The hotel had a beautiful garden where we saw amazing birds and monkeys. In fact, we saw more wildlife here than on a jungle tour. The pool was clean and enjoyable, just as it looked in the pictures. We loved the view over the river and the city. The food and drinks at the hotel restaurant were delicious and reasonably priced.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Misahualli called Rio Napo Lodge. My purpose was to explore the beautiful wildlife in the area, and I was not disappointed. The staff was incredibly helpful and even helped me repair my binocular case. They arranged a reliable taxi service to take me back to the airport. The hotel's garden was a haven for stunning birds and playful monkeys, providing an even better wildlife experience than a jungle tour. The pool was clean and enjoyable, and the pictures on the website accurately portrayed the hotel. The view over the Napo River was breathtaking, and the food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I had a great value for my money at Rio Napo Lodge. The room was spacious and comfortable, surrounded by beautiful gardens filled with colorful flowers and birds. The location was perfect, just a short walk across the bridge from the town and offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, even arranging a jungle trip with an English speaking guide who was very knowledgeable.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if there were more options to choose from in the selection.

The tranquil gardens and river view were the best aspects of this hotel. We enjoyed waking up to the lovely view of the river and the lush gardens surrounding the property. The breakfast, served in a small private pavilion overlooking the river, was delicious and complete. The staff was friendly and efficient, and they even went out of their way to accommodate our pillow preferences. The location was also great, with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, yet still within walking distance to the small town nearby.
One of the worst aspects was the shower/tub stall, which had weird and somewhat dangerous steps up and down. It was not very practical or comfortable to use.

The location of the hotel was great, with a stunning view of the river and Misahualli. The bedrooms were spacious and secluded, surrounded by lush local trees and plants. The staff, especially Osvaldo the manager, were very friendly and ensured that we had everything we needed. The breakfast provided was yummy and there was an inviting swimming pool to relax in.
The shower at the hotel was a dribble and the lighting in the bedroom was poor.

The breakfast served in the small private pavilion overlooking the river was absolutely delicious. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs and even provided me with the specific pillows I required.
